Arbor and Letters to Parents
Arbor
We use Arbor to communicate with parents/carers. You will recieve in-app messages, see student details, pay for trips and see clubs and attendance. Arbor can be downloaded via the app store on your phone/tablet. Our school office will send you an email with a link so you can log onto your account via the app.
We send letters via email so please ensure you inform the school office if your email address changes.
2026 - 2027 Newsletters
Every term Birkby Junior School publishes a newsletter with key bits of information and dates that can be useful for parents to know, it also gives an insight on what their children will be learning during that term and events that will be occuring.
Please see below for the latest letters for parents.
